Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for Business growth which includes new product identification and development, new customer identification and development for existing/new products, explore business expansion plans in new geographical locations in terms of API / Intermediate. Interact with all internal functions namely Alliance Management, R&D, RA, IPM, Purchase etc., in addressing business requirements of the organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Send quotations, Specifications, Samples, negotiate for best terms, Proforma Invoice, finalize orders and get timely payments
Coordinate with various in-house departments such as alliance management, Production, Logistics for timely processing of orders in hand
Provide regular updates to customers on order execution status, new product plans etc.,
Coordinate between internal functions and the customers for product quality specifications, regulatory and other documentation requirements.
Handle customer queries with respect to technical documents (COA, MSDS, Stability Data, GMP, Licenses, DMF etc.)
Interact with agents/customers to understand the statutory requirements for registration of products and coordinating with Regulatory department or any other concerned departments for required documents
Coordinate with finance and accounts Dept. for settling of remittances from customers & concessional forms like C-Form, H- Form etc.,
Take Initiative / Plan in developing and promoting new business opportunities
Collate market intelligence thru various databases, forums, trade shows etc., and circulate reports to the top/senior management
Prepare Marketing Budget and strategies to achieve the same
Monitoring the monthly Sales & in-depth analysis and generating reports for Management.
Prepare various MIS Reports like Sales v/s. Actual, Variance Analysis, competitor analysis, inventory liquidation plan and Debtors statement etc.
Keeping continuous update of product information, new product launch and market information of the Products handled

Smart and should have excellent selling skills and business development skills.
Qualification - Graduate/Post graduate
Require a very dynamic and sincere candidate with exposure to the mainly Pharma Industry.

Any of
M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Quality Analysis & Pharmaceutical Marketing Management)
Pharma M.B.A
